All you need to do is on the day of the collection, before 8.00 to place bag outside of your property. If you could attach small piece of paper to the bag/s if there will be other bags, so our driver will know what to collect.
We will be collecting between 08:00 and 17:00 So do not worry if you see bags still sitting outside of your property in late hours.
Once we finish collection day, there will be discount voucher attached to completed booking in Profiles and Bookings.
